Well lets see how should I start this off. HAPPY NEW YEAR seems fitting and a big congratulations to the new husband and wife team. I have a few images from the festivities in Oklahoma that I am going to post on my photo blog so make sure that you check it out. I hope that everyone had a good year and are ready to have an even better year. This last year was not so bad for my family. Rhonda and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary and we are still talking so that is good. My mom and dad are still up and around even though dad has dialysis three days a week . Plus, mom is still smoke free this makes the whole year of 2003 a smoke free year for her, way to go mom. On a little morbid side I only had one funeral to attend this year. Rhonda's aunts dad died earlier this year and it was quite a loss for the family so my sentiment goes out to the Tignors. As for my self. It was a whirl wind year. 2003 marked my last semester in my college career and the beginning of what I refer to as career purgatory. You know the space that exists between graduating and landing that job you really wanted. We all had a really good Christmas this year spent way too much but it was worth it. I got me some new tools and you can never have enough tools. Some where down stairs I have a large workbench but I haven't seen it since Christmas, and it has been to damn cold to go down stairs and find homes for the new equipment. I have plans to purchases yet one more new tool with the money that I received for Christmas. I am going to by me a Kreg pocket hole jig this will add to my cabinet making tools really nicely. Oh well my attention span is beginning to shorten so I think I will bid you ado. It was great seeing old friends and making some new ones. To all of you who read this, have a happy and prosperous new year!. Oh yeah, Tyler .... Don't screw up and fail to graduate. |
